Trust Center

Overview

Quotaflow is the AI compute wallet and governance layer for teams that use BYOK keys, Quotaflow supply, locked inference resources, coding agents, model APIs, and partner routes from one account.

Trust materials focus on the controls customers need before AI spend scales: encrypted key vault, approved supply, budget policy, activity ledger, retention controls, SLA posture, and procurement-ready review paths.

Wallet and supply governance

Each wallet key can carry policy for allowed sources, model families, teams, agents, budgets, and reporting. This keeps source selection explicit instead of scattered across local IDEs, scripts, agents, and individual provider keys.

  • BYOK and Quotaflow supply in one wallet
  • Approved model and source policy
  • Per-tool, per-agent, and team budgets
  • Locked discounts and committed-use terms where available
  • Route health, cost, and savings visibility

Key vault and data boundaries

Provider keys are treated as sensitive wallet credentials. Enterprise deployments can use encrypted key vault controls, scoped access, audit logs, and limited retention profiles aligned to customer requirements.

Quotaflow is designed to avoid training on customer data. Normal text usage logs focus on operational metadata such as route, model, status, latency, token usage, and estimated cost rather than storing prompt content as a default analytics surface.

  • Encrypted server-side key vault
  • Scoped qf keys for teams, tools, and agents
  • No training on customer data
  • Zero or limited retention profiles for enterprise review
  • Audit logs for wallet and route activity

SLA and operational review

For production teams, Quotaflow can align wallet rollout with SLA-backed support, route health monitoring, fallback planning, and procurement-grade supply review. Enterprise materials are shared through the review channel when implementation evidence or questionnaires are required.

  • SLA and support review
  • Route health and failover posture
  • Security overview and data flow
  • Subprocessor and provider-route summary
  • Enterprise Safe Mode checklist
